I've used Exxtreme Carpet Cleaning 3 times and each time they worked miracles as far as I'm concerned. Since these times have been for a rental they (Doug or Ashton) do a great job and then follow-up with photos and status etc. Seeing that someone left negative remarks, I feel compelled to respond positively about Shoojen who receives the calls, reviews the job requirements with you, and writes up the order. Doug is simply the BEST of the BEST... oh I have had other carpet cleaning companies clean my house before.... But nothing like this.... my carpets dried the same day!!! That is a first. Also Doug emphasized that he needed to make sure all the detergent was out of the carpet or else the carpet would get dirtier faster... which by the way happened the last time I got it cleaned... it looked good initially, but then got dirty within the next few months.... so thank you thank you thank you Doug and your business for doing an outstanding job on my carpets.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had my carpets cleaned. They were pretty bad because of my dog. He took out every stain like nothing ever happened! My carpets looked brand new! They also feel so clean. I’m very happy, no one ever cleaned my carpets this good. Thank you for taking the extra time to take out the bad stains. He didn’t give up. Very honest and nice man!

Exxtreme Carpet did a great job on your carpet and tile we have two dogs and two cats and the carpet and floors get a lot of wear and tear. Exxtreme was able to get all the stains out of the carpet and the hard to clean grout on the tile floors looks awesome. On top of that the gentleman was polite, friendly and on time. I highly recommend Exxtreme carpet and will definitely use them again.
